Do your guides speak English?
Yes. Our Chengdu and Chongqing guides work in English and Chinese. Tell us your language in the form and we will match the right person.
Do I pay a deposit?
No deposit is taken on this site. We send a fixed quote first, and you confirm by message. Payment happens on the day unless your itinerary includes prepaid tickets.
Can you book attraction tickets for me?
Yes — panda base, museums and high-speed rail tickets are the most common requests. Some venues require passport details at booking, which we will ask for by message.
Can you come to a hospital appointment?
We provide translation and navigation support, not medical advice. For international departments we help with registration, payment and explaining symptoms to staff.
